It can keep fees much lower than converting Japanese money into the British currency, the pound sterling.
In addition, since the amount of cash on hand is reduced, the damage caused by theft can be suppressed. And if i have a credit card, if something happens, I can pay by leaving cash. In addition, some things can only be bought in the UK while traveling, so I can spend a lot of money. If I bring my credit card to my trip to the UK, I can consider the balance and the rest of your itinerary, and if you run out of money, I can use my credit card to make adjustments. But I have to be careful not to be stolen.
Some credit cards cannot be used overseas, so it is necessary to check in advance whether they can be used. It’s common sense to bring a credit card, so if I don’t usually carry it with me, I’ll need to have one in my wallet.

Third, there is overseas travel insurance. I will need something in the UK that I don’t need for domestic travel. If I go on a trip to England, I must join. If I do not have overseas travel insurance, there is no risk if I get sick, accident or trouble while traveling. As an advantage of taking out overseas travel insurance, it is known that people who get involved in accidents or get sick while traveling abroad occur at a frequency of about 3 to 4% of the total. .. I have to think that I am not okay and that I may have trouble myself. Overseas travel insurance is necessary just in case.
And I think that the essential thing for traveling is a guidebook. Recently, it has become possible to obtain various information on the Internet because there are convenient things such as smartphones, but after all the information necessary for travel and sightseeing and the exact location are gathered in one book. Books are needed when planning a trip and during the actual trip. It’s also fun to plan your trip while comparing guidebooks with family and friends. A guidebook is essential everywhere I go, as I can display it on a bookshelf and look back at it from time to time even after I go on a trip.
